I use European Road and Racing at 4560 Rivers Avenue, in Charleston. They seem very knowledgeable and friendly. Ask for Karl. He has won several SCCA championships (porsches) and really seems good.
I have not been there, but there is also an Exclusively Bimmers on 17N in Mount Pleasant (close to the Ravenal Bridge). They seem to have a good reputation, the receptionist sort of turned me off (probably very unfair). I suspect either would do a good job, but I am a fan of Karl's at European Road and Racing.
