I don't see that having a m/t is an issue even in the heaviest of traffic. Of course there is more clutch/shifter work, but nothing that makes driving a pain. I can see people accustomed to a/t's complaining, but if you have had m/t car in the past, you know it's just fine. If you are coming from an auto, stick to the auto. I have driven m/t cars my entire life, and even on the 401 (Toronto) in grid lock when you are in stop and go traffic on the highway, I never found myself hating a car for having a m/t. The pros outweigh the cons for sure!

I don't care how fast a DCT trans can shift...it doesn't replace a true clutch/shifter. No matter how much slower I shift compared to the "computer", I would rather not get the car if I was getting an "automatic" trans. The trend is going toward taking the fun out of driving with these fancy new transmissions in the higher end makes.
