My husband is an MD and gets pulled over lots of time by young cops. The older guys tend to let him off because if he comes into the local ER he wants to be able to use his name. You can get off if you go to court but I agree you need a good detector. This thread came in handy as I've been pulled over lately quite a bit and was looking into investing into one.
