You are right, but I was never very interested in a car that small and impracticle as my daily driver. What I loved was my original E30 and with each generation the M3 has gotten bigger and bigger and further from what it once was. Now the 911 has done exactly the same thing, but it just happens that to me the current 911 is closer in weight/size/performance/practicality to what i want in a daily driver than the current or upcoming M3.
