Yeah, it looks like a lot of fun, and I'd love to have some time to try some of that, myself.

I don't want to sound like a jerk, but you have obviously never tried to drive like that. There is a lot more precision and skill involved than just throwing a car sideways for a bunch of takes. Take a look at some drift videos that have a view of the pedals to see what I am talking about.
