No accident or repairs. Title is clean. These pics were taken just after I purchased the car. When I saw the pics I noticed the same thing you did. Apparently it is a common issue for the hood to become misaligned. People have received brand new M3's with this issue from the factory. Fortunately it is easily fixed by adjusting the rubber "bumpers" under the hood. I should probably update these pics to show that all is well.
