If it was me, the car would be turned in early. $3,500 buys you a good amount of track time this spring
I can't imagine the weather in Oregon is much better than it is here in PA, so it's not like you are able to really enjoy the car like you would if it was summer. If it was May or June, I'd keep the car for the 2 months and forget about the $3500.
