When I had taken off the factory 19" summers in October I had noticed one of my front tires had a nail in it. I recently took the wheel and tire to the Kal Tire on Edmonton Trail in Calgary to have it fixed. I had got the car late September, so my wheels were absolutely MINT. Not even the smallest mark or scratch.

I picked up the wheel and tire late yesterday afternoon, and was in a rush to get somewhere else. I should have known something was up because they didn't charge anything and placed it in the trunk of my car for me. By the time I noticed the damage, they were closed.

Obviously I'm ticked off about the damage to the wheel, but does the plug look ok? Is it supposed to have a hole in it? Would it be safe to go on a track?
