Ha...good luck in stoon! I used to live there a few years back....and moving from Vancouver, youre going to notice a considerable change in weather!
The cold is ridiculous (can get to -50C without wind), and they get dumped with snow. I didnt own a car when I was there, but I dont see how anyone can drive an M3 through a Saskatoon winter.
My suggestion...park the car and take the bus over the winter, or better yet, dont move to Saskatoon!
