I will agree the hours will suck and you will devote alot of time at the dealership for the first few months. know your product, be aggressive and worry only about yourself. Your there to make a living; not friends. Take your alotted time off to recoup and relax. Socialize, network and always have cards on you. If you need more pointers, PM me.
