I would skip it and find another CPO. I would also buy from the dealer that originally sold the car not from the dealer that bought the car at auction. This is how I bought my 08 CPO E90 M3. At this point, the 08 CPO has little more than the 2 year CPO warranty left and the price and CPO premium should reflect that.
