I have the same setup, 09 E92 except 285/30 rears, ZCP, not lowered, and I have 12 up front and 5mm in the rear per their recommendation (since I measured 7mm myself in the rear). I think I could have easily gone to 15/12 setup... getting the 5mm was a waste, it is hardly noticeable. Trying to measure yourself is not an exact science as it turns out... I don't think you'll have any problems with 15/12 setup fratello-
