Signed the paper work, keeping fingers crossed!

Hi all,

I am new here because I just bought a new M3! Well it is a 2009 and new, and I figured I should let everyone know the deal I got and see if it is really a deal and maybe others would be interested.

MSRP was 74770 and I got it for 60,600 plus tax and all that other stuff. That is over 14K off and I am feeling pretty good about that.

This is an out of state transaction, and that is why I am keeping my fingers crossed.

I am expecting the car to be deliverd to my door on Monday or Tuesday, but the dealer will call me this week to confirm. BTW, the price above included the shipping.

Here is a list of my options. What do you all think?

Base MSRP 57500
Color Interlagos Blue 550
Novillo Leather Extended Silver 1100
Carbon Leather Interior Trim 0
Cold Weather PKG 750
Premium PKG 2000
Technology PKG 3250
19" Wheels 1200
M-DCT 2900
Moonroof 0
Enhanced Premium Sound 1900
Park Distance contoller 350
Sat Radio 595
IPOD and USB 400
SmartPhone 150

Dest 825
Gas Guzz 1300

Total MSRP 74770

Discount 14170

Total 60600

I found about 4 or 5 2009 M3s coupes as I was searching (blue or red only) and was given a first quote of at least 7500 off on all of them. This was before the news about the 2011's came out.

I am told in Jan the dealers had $4500 from BMW motherland to help move the cars, but it ended 2/1. I am not sure if there is a new incentive, but I imagine there has to be. If anyone knows, please let us know.
