No matter the options list, that is a steal.
IF it has Bose, power seats, Porsche crests, sport exhaust etc then I would get a cashiers check.
If he is a friend I don't know that I would spend the 4-500 dollars on a PPI. Not saying it's not the smart thing to do but he may take it as an insult. ???
Colors? 6 speed?
See if he has the window sticker and let us know.
Deal of the century. A tremendous car for 30K. That is a 50K car.
And down the road, if he did not mind, you could make money on a sale.
