No it doesn't.
Unless you are fortunate enough to go to school for free, the ROI on college degrees just isn't there anymore, regardless of the field.
I received a bachelors in biomedical engineering last year. After what it costs me in student loan payments I'd be better off if I'd have gone to vocational school and skipped college altogether.
