okay i did like this:
go to settings>control panel>network connections>Local Area Connection>click right button>go to properties> then go to INTERNET PROTOCOL (TCP/IP) press properties> in a top it should be OBTAIN an IP address automatically and down USE the folowing DNS server address and u will need to enter it manually just call to your provider and tell it they will solve it
