It's not so much that there was tremendous doubt here among the informed. It is more the fact that there is a heavy U.S. population here, and those of us who are older have had to settle for BMW's 2nd class stuff for several generations now. At the same time, we see Porsche et al. bringing all their 1st-class stuff here.
You can't blame the U.S. population, who is inclined to favor BMW, for becoming a little annoyed.
