Your employees opinion of you have little to do with what you drive. It's all about how you treat them. (i.e., Decent wage, benefits, potential for growth, etc.)
I would even go so far as to say that driving a fine automobile can engender confidence in your employees that their leader is prosperous.
In the end, you may be cheating yourself from the joy of utilizing your M3 as a daily driver.

I think this falls under the "how yout treat them". If they've had cuts in pay because of slowing business, it has a whole new meaning when the boss is still driving an exotic-looking sports car like a GTR.
