So you passed someone who was doing the speed limit. You broke the law and went faster than the limit. Then you tell the cop you never speed, even though that's what you got pulled over for?

I missed the part in my driver's manual that said "do not exceed the speed limit. Except to pass others abiding by it".
Yes, I do 75 constantly. But if I ever got pulled over for doing so, I wouldn't call it anything but what happened - getting caught speeding.
