Time for new tires.

One time I had some curb rash on a wheel on my other car, the shop I took it to for repairs screwed up putting the tire back on and it was bubbled out like that. They called me and told me that "it was probably my fault from whenever I hit the curb, it weakened the tire" so they weren't going to replace it for me. I raised hell and got them to replace it, but they wouldn't let me drive with it bubbled like that for long (unless I planned to just drive it to the dealer or something).

I wouldn't go too long without getting it replaced.
