Total loss, wound up getting ~65k for it. 15.5k miles. Ordered a 2013 Santorini Blue E92 last Wednesday, which has helped to ease the pain significantly. I'm buying my E36 M3 with 75k miles on it for $455.00!!! Still fighting that insurance company over the vehicle's value. Very long story though. I should come out on top in the end.
