Which M3? The one Santa is driving? Those are 18's... BMW's Winter Wheel and Tire Set obtained at the local German BMW dealer here in K-Town.

The Jerez Black M3 on the showroom? Those are the standard (silver colored) OEM 18's. They used to come in Gun Metal, but in 2011, BMW changed it to where they only come in the silver finish when you order an M3 with the standard package. You can OPT for the optional 19's as a choice or if you order the competition package, you will get the CSL/Monoblock type look silver 19's...
