I have a cinemate system. The sound quality is good for such a small footprint. You won't get the full surround sound, but it's better than any other 2.1 system or soundbar. It is overpriced though..but that comes with any bose system. You can get more bang for your buck with other systems, but I chose the cinemate because it connects right to the tv and and I didn't want wires running all over the place.
