Not sure how you can say that the MY 2012 CIC "no longer supports dual sirius setups". All of the CIC's, to my understanding, can be configured to use the internal tuner if equipped and certificate loaded, or the external tuner VIA MOST. None of them supported "both" internal and external at the same time anyway. You'd have to pick one depending on the situation.

My CIC is from a 2012 car that did not have sirius. It works perfectly with my 2008 external tuner.
