It's presently at 9,900 miles. It has a DCT transmission (original post edited). Additionally, the car is a dealer vehicle that is CPO.
However, to bring the price down to $56K, they insist that it is sold as a non-CPO vehicle -- they effectively removed the additional 2 year CPO warranty.
I agree re: dealer vs private party. I was actually about to pull the trigger on a private party deal but another buyer stepped in and bought the vehicle "sight unseen" about 24 hours before I was due to get a pre-purchase inspection performed. I was not about to drop >$50K on a car that had not been inspected closely by a mechanic.
