I don't know about the PZero Nero, but the BMW Driver Training M3s in Australia are fitted with Pirelli PZeros. I must say, I was very impressed with the grip and cornering offered by these tyres.
When asked why they used these tyres instead of the original Michelin PS2, they said that they were better suited to being flogged around the track and were much less prone to side wall wear than the PS2s. They are sponsored by Pirelli, so I'd take this with a grain of salt .... but the on track performance, as I said, is impressive.
