Yes I believe this happens all the time and that is why we do our homework asking which dealer/SA to go to. But it is really hard to really prevent this from happening. I believe there are also cool guys out there in BMW of Fremont, but now I know I would have better luck if I brought it to Peter Pan (shoulda listened to my friend).
