Hi,

Brake fade always. Even if you are having fun and not concerned about lap times I would suggest flushing the system with Motul 600 or 660. It's cheap, quick and will help your brake system to resist fade. You can also use it for daily driving without a problem.

I'm using a different approach. I've bought a second set of OEM wheels (19") and will track the car without any mods. Brakes should be a problem, but I'm aiming at having fun and not lap times. Hence the OEM tires. Slicks are faster but less fun!
