Nobody will guarantee that a vert is as safe as a closed car, and bad stuff can happen. I wouldn't want to be in one going into turn 1 at Thunderbolt at 135. There are NJ State Rules on this, too. They're very specific about roll bars in verts. CCA usually takes the "safety first" approach, and most of the students and instructors like it that way.

As for the price, there are a lot of groups charging more than $200 per day, too. $150 sounds very low - is that some sort of introductory special? (CCA does one at lower cost in October for first-timers.)
