As of right now, parents are turning in their kids to the cops for what they did. I also know there's huge volunteer clean-up crews restoring the city and scrubbing down those burned trash cans and building walls, by hand!
Glad to see this in a cold country like this, Vancouver is still a warm city.

As a minor he probably won't have a record. But I'm glad to hear that the people and the police are catching some of the criminals.
