It's debateable. Why should he rest in peace while he's caused so much grief and pain amongst those who loved him? Especially when his own better judgment should have prevented it in the first place? Ultimately, it's not for me to judge, but what the guy did was selfish, reckless, and stupid, and now his family and friends get to pay the price for it. Sucks for them. Unfortunately, he can't attone, he can't apologize, and he can't make it up to them. They will carry this pain for the rest of their lives. It sucks.
