I use plain soap and water but I also clean my wheels frequently (once a week)..that imo is the key... cleaning them often will prevent dirt, brake dust ect. from being embedded into the wheels causing pitting and discoloration.

Alright, the first 4 pictures are the wheel. The last one, is a scratch on the fender (debating whether it could be fixed with touch-up paint or take it somewhere (I have Automotive Touch-up paint). The 2 pictures before the last one is the black trim which I have no idea how to take that off. Looks like oxidation but I have tell if it's plastic or painted.
