"was" a cross-fit gym at some point in time back in the early 2000s. I think there was a falling out though. But yea, this is definitely a functional strength workout and if you train Cross-fit pretty religiously I would imagine you could complete this in a reasonable time.
I actually would do Cross-fit myself but I just don't have the time to join a cross-fit box. I'm already training BJJ 4-5x a week. This I can work on during the other 2 days of the week.
