they are about 100 bucks on ebay but this guy has already performed the tests. Whether the h1 tests correlate to the same h11 or h8 bulb im not sure.

Morimoto 3five bulbs and catz seem to be the best choice. Now if we can find somewhere to rent a uv c tester.
