Driving experience means a lot to me. After years at driving schools with Porsche and Corvette, the M3 was just right for me. You won't have the "fastest guy" potential in an M3, but it's damn close and such a fine, fine machine. Depends on what you want to feed your need for thrills. I love the driving experience. The Porsche is raw, loved that thing, the vette was clumsy and the M3 is heavy but divine. My $.02.
