Definitely not what I'd expect after FOUR FREAKING YEARS of production, but on the other hand, both issues should be fully fixed after replacement. What doesn't make sense is the idler pulley still making noise; I bet dealer diagnosed the wrong one
. Once they replace the offending one, issue should be solved. Leave the 'pissed' if your engine develops bearing problems
