As for location, I'm good wherever. My suggestion is the parking lot just a block to the NW of Bumpy's downtown (really good espresso).
Here's a map. Bumpy's is on east side of 8 street between 11 and 10 ave SW. The parking lot is just off 10ave (north side) between 8 and 9 st.
