Your out of luck only options are lame covers or find someone to swap the seats with or upgrade seats/ trim.
You could sell your car and look for another with red leather... but what a hassle.
Sorry those are your only options I hope you do not paint or plasti dip your seats, you will regret/ depreciate the cars value.
