Offsets are all wrong.. OEM wheels in the 19X 8.5 and 19 x 9.5 ala 220m are a ET29 front and a ET23 for the rear I believe. I mean they will fit but will need spacers to fit properly.
Not to mention the width and offsets for the ZCP wheels are completely different (31 front and 25mm rear). You said they were the same weight and measurement.
So yes they technically will fit..with spacers.
