What makes UK mpg any different than US mpg? How do they differentiate it? Also, I read that somebody else is getting 28mpg UK (..so about 23-25 mpg US). |
A U.S. gallon (3.785 litres) is smaller than a UK gallon (4.546 litres).
Therefore 23.5 mpg in the UK is actually 19.6 mpg in the U.S.
