Well we have discussed it several times, if people don't likey we can always go back (we even had another thread going a while back that Chewy started).
I thought this was pretty fair for the previous winners to choose 3. If you win you probably have some kind of knowledge of good photography so you're a good judge on what works and what is just "fluff" (not saying those who didn't make the final 3 submitted fluff by any means). I just think this keeps the voting honest is all; no playing favorites or popularity contests, no surprise wins by sensationalism, no 5 way ties that get broken by some last minute random vote for a photo that didn't even fit the theme. Just 3 strong photos pitted against the others that fit the theme well and show good photographic knowledge/skills.
Just my opinion.
