Someone else down in Vic got EPA's too, and I think the noise limits were higher for an M3 with a tolerence of 5dB, with a specific ADR for the M3. Might be worth following through in case you are subjected to the standard ADR which is around 92dB, from memory this went out to 97dB with the tolerance taken into account

thanks Dave i am going to stick the std exh on and take it back to them i dont think that exh is 5db higher then merc 63 but that what you get with cop trying to clean up the street to a point they sense goes out off they head
