I have raced cars for many years now. One thing that I have found in both off road and circuit racing is that just because the car is quick, doesn't mean that the interior needs to rattle.
We are not talking bout the rough cold start mechanical noises or the clutch plate rattles. It's the plastic interior rattles in a $150k+ car that are disappointing.
Should not be any different to a 335i as the interior is almost identical.
Just disappointing for such an awesome car to drive as a daily driver. At the end of the day the m3 is not track specific vehicle, it's a well rounded daily driver that is supposed to do everything well, that includes not have interior rattles.
Hopefully at my next service bmw Melbourne can address this.
