I know what you mean... but we also have a 550i that has been literally the devil for us and has had so many problems. We had another SA but every time we got back the car it didn't feel the same and then we had to come back to the dealer again the same week. Now paul has been pushing his tech. to find out what is really wrong and the car is problem free longer but still problematic. I know paul is a good guy... The only pushing he needed is when I took the ///M in for the diff oil change... He kept the car for 2 days which had me pissed.
Edit: also compared to the other SA's there he is probably one of the better ones. The other ones just look at you like your a retard for figuring out what is wrong with the car... Jerks
