Hey Guys, just joined here; I've got some issues with the pc in my vehicle not turning on all the time... I've got a 150watt power supply which can be seen here:

it's got a core2duo proc, 4gb ram, 250gb 2.5inch hdd, bt, wifi, etc. I know my battery has a good charge and yet it does not turn on every time the vehicle is on. I'm kinda stumped so if any of you have any suggestions I would appreciate it. Thanks.
