You may want to try an OMP suit. They tend to have a bit more room in the upper torso, shoulder and arms. They also pre-curve the arms, so they don't stretch as much when in the car.

If you ever start doing any longer races, you want to be as comfortable as possible - you should never think about the fit of your suit when driving.
