Fair Lakes at the Starbucks...plenty of space. Also you may want to notify MPACT so that they have the helicopter in the correct place or not waiting around in Tysons when nobody shows up there...unless of course you pick up additional cars in Tysons and brave the traffic signals and Metro work.
