worst part is not being able to swallow anything and having trouble sleeping with dry mouth. my throat was so inflamed i had difficulty drinking water. i did lose 15lbs when i did have it though. i didn't have the sweats or fevers just extreme inflammation of throat.
mine only lasted 3 weeks. i drank a shit ton of water and still went to the gym and did light weights (something about exploding an organ if you over stress yourself) and stayed in sauna and steam room for hours which def imo helped.
