performance argument? no bueno I doubt they want poeples cars performing any better. cali has the same law. I just dont put my plates on at all and say when i get pulled over is "I'm waiting for custom plates" but I have never been pulled over for no front plate on any of my cars (non of my cars have plates, just my dealer insterts in the back)
