For the op... I think it depends on who you are. If you are the type to go FI then by all means go for it, since you are almost there with the money.
On the flip side, you can't go wrong with most of the bolt ons.
As for a flash/tune I think there is some risk... considering that potentially you can void your warranty in the future if there is something defective with your car.
